Exchange and return policy


We only offer exchange and refund for unsealed bags.

There are no exchanges or returns for any product that has been stamped and customized to order, or discounted products purchased from the 50 riyal and 99 riyal categories.

-There is no exchange or return for any product from the comments section.

-There are no exchanges or returns for orders shipped internationally, except in the event of manufacturing defects (determined by the specialized team) or the arrival of a wrong or different product than what was ordered.



But please check the product, size and color before confirming the purchase.


  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order, otherwise the product will be rejected for replacement or return.


  • To exchange or return a product, the product must be in good condition (product card + bag + product accessories) and the customer must not have used the product or benefited from it.


  • - In the event that a product arrives that is wrong, damaged, or has obvious manufacturing defects (defects are evaluated by the customer service team - as visible threads that may be part of the bag design are never considered manufacturing defects), the customer will be compensated according to his desire, either by returning the product and returning the order amount to the customer (depending on the payment method used to purchase the product) or by replacing the product with another product identical to what was ordered. Please note that you must contact us within 4 days only from the time the customer receives the order.


  • If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product for another reason other than defects or errors, this will be done for a nominal fee.



Aramex requests:

In case of replacement:

- The product replacement fee is 50 (which is considered a fee for issuing shipping policies)

After the replacement fees are transferred to our bank account, a return policy will be issued to the customer. The returned shipment will be delivered by the customer to an Aramex representative or the nearest Aramex branch, along with the policy that was sent to the customer.

- The new order will not be shipped until we receive the returned shipment to ensure the safety of the product.


In case of return:

- Product return fee is 30 (which is considered a fee for issuing the shipping policy).

A return policy will be issued to the customer, and the returned shipment will be delivered by the customer to an Aramex representative or the nearest Aramex branch, along with the policy sent to the customer.

- The amount will be refunded (using the same payment method) once the product arrives at our branch and is confirmed to be in good condition, minus a 30 riyal return fee. (The refund may take two to ten days.)



Redbox Requests:

The fee for replacing the product with another product or returning the product is 30 (which is considered a fee for issuing shipping policies)

1- After we accept your return or exchange request, you will receive the return code via SMS.

2- Write the return code on your shipment (no need to print the label).

3- At any nearby locker, choose “Send Now or Return,” then choose “Return Shipment,” enter the return code, and deposit the shipment.

4- The customer must deposit the shipment in the “Redbox Smart Lockers” and cannot be delivered to any employee at the “Redbox Counter”.

5- In case of exchange: The exchange request will not be accepted unless the exchange fee of 30 riyals is paid, and the new order will not be shipped until we receive the returned shipment to ensure the safety of the product.

6- In case of return: The amount will be refunded (using the same payment method) once the product arrives at our branch and is confirmed to be in good condition, minus a 30 riyal return fee. (The refund may take two to ten days.)
